Airport pick-up: Our driver would meet and greet the passenger(s) at the airport arrival terminal, holdinga name board sign or hotel/company logo and be ready to assist with luggage. Hotel pick-up: Our driver would meet and greet thepassenger(s) at the Hotel lobby, holding a name board sign or hotel/company logo and be ready to assist with luggage. If unable to locate the chauffeur, please call us on +386 40 473 798.
Waiting time
Airportpick-up: Our drivers monitor your flight closely, ready to react in case of delays or earlyarrivals. Price include 45 minutes waiting time after the plane landing. Thereafter the additional waiting time is charged 100% of hourly rate.
Hotel pick-up: Price include 10 minutes waiting time. Thereafter the additional waiting time is charged 100% of hourly rate.
Cancelation policy
• If the service is cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the pick-up, thereis NO cancellation fees.
• If the service is cancelled between 24 and 8 hours to the pick-uptime, cancellation fee is 50% of agreed amount for booking.
• If the service is cancelled within less than 8 hours to the pick-uptime, 100% charge is to be applied.
